“Global warming is all about a power grab by a wealthy elite and their collectivist sycphants – using the U.N. as a cover and tool”,(Jim ONiel,Canada Free Press). I wholeheartily concur with that statement. I have stated before at how disgusted I am at the commandeering of environmentalist groups by special interest. How these hucksters take the legitimate concerns of well meaning people and cynically twist them to use as a weapon to consolidate power, concentrate wealth, destroy the middle class and reduce the masses to servitude all in the name of Great Gaia (the Mother Earth goddess of Greek myhtology). Global warming/climate change was invented by the Svengali’s of the CoR ak.a. The Club Of Rome; the same bunch who tried to create a panic by popularizing the idea of a coming ice age a couple of decades ago.
This article is not a rant about global warming;(I’ve done enough of that recently); but rather a warning against what I see as a threat to our way of life by the concept “sustainable developement” and the implementation of the U.N.’s Agenda 21; the agenda for the twenty first century. It is a plan for the inventory and control of all means of production; to control all resources human and natural. It has been a plan that has been moving in stealth for at least twenty years. In essence it is a plan to take away the individuals private property and move it into the greasy palms of mega corporations. It is designed to get people out of the rural areas and into the cities. It is designed to get rid of private home ownership and have everyone live in government subsidized housing where they can keep track of how many times you flush the toilet or how long you leave your lights on. This is going on world wide but is to be implemented locally. That is one of the reasons I have been attending the environmental movie night to see if it is trying to propogate Agenda 21 or sustainable developement. I saw no hint in Crude Impact; the minor exception of some pontificating on global warming but I am curious if next weeks feature Powerful will get into it. I agree with the premise; I agree we should be concerned about the environment. I have no doubt that as a species we are dirty pigs; walk down any neighborhood street in town and you’re greeted by the sickening sight of garbage everywhere. I only suspect the motives; especially when they are politically driven.
Principle 15 of Agenda 21 is one that really concerns me; it states:any supicion of an action you take that has any negative impact to the public or the environment in the abscense of a scientific consensus; it is your responsibity to prove that that action is not harmful. Take that as you may but to me that invites broad definitions and a host of petty tyrannies. It also smacks of the Marxist/Leninist doctrines that the masses must be guided by an intellectual elite. It really annoys me to hear those hypercrites in power calling for austerity measures knowing full well that it doesn’t apply to them.
To put it in a historical context; in 1987 Mourice Strong of the World Commision On Environment And Developement stated;”current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, the use of fossil fuels, electric appliances, home and workplace air conditioning are not sustainable”. Agenda 21 was codified at the Rio Earth Summit in 1992. “Developement that meets the needs of the present without comprimising the needs of the future”, an oxymoron if you ask me. How can it not compromise the needs of the future? I could go on but for the matter of space I’ll stop here. For anyone wanting more information on Agenda 21 I would suggest visiting the websites The Green Agenda or Rosa Koire’s Democrates Against U.N. Agenda 21. I am currently trying to get my hands on a copy of her book Behind The Green Mask.
I only write this because it makes me mad that real environmental issues are being subverted for fake nonsense ie. global warming. I am concerned about the fact that radiation is still leaking from Fukishima and is traveling over North America; how they keep raising the safety numbers of the radiation isotopes. On a local level Enbridge is a concern. But these things shouldn’t concern us; only carbon dioxide (one of the four basic elements of life) and our carbon footprint should be our primary concern. Bah Humbug.
